My versa suddenly is 3.5 hours slow. Any suggestions?

I recommend you to check that the time zone settings on the Fitbit app are correct by going to your profile's icon > App Settings where you can choose your time zone manually or select the Automatic time zone. After this, please sync your watch to apply the changes.
By the way, I moved your post to the Versa board to keep the Community organized and you can receive assistance from other Versa users.
