Versa Interval Workout Not Counting Calories

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello!  I have been doing interval workouts and using the interval workout mode on my Versa and the Versa does not appear to be counting calories and it appears to be miscategorizing calories to the "Rest" period versus the "Move" period (try to attach an example screenshot but the Insert Picture button is not allowing me to).  "Move" shows 0 calories and "Rest" shows ~12 calories burned.

I believe the calories that are being counted should be in the "Move" period and the "Rest" periods should still have calories burned but just not as high.  I am constantly moving and working throughout the workout but just at a slower pace during "Rest".  Anybody else having this issue and/or know how to fix?

Thank you!

@Grimmer Welcome to the forum! Hmm I think perhaps there's an issue with heart rate recording. That would explain lack of calories. Please open Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to Heart rate and toggle OFF and back ON with a reboot of the tracker in-between. To reboot, please press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.
