Versa/ K pay

How do you get rid of the code for k pay. I went to hzl.io/code but it won't let me opt out. The code does not disappear.  I cant access my fit bit....frustrated. please help

Try changing your watch face to a different one (preferably a fitbit made one whilst you sort things out). Hopefully that will remove the K-pay screen.

It worked thank you. Never thought of the watch face. I deleted everything else not by fit bit. Thank you !!

That's not to say you can't use any 3rd party apps or watch faces. If you look in the description of the app/watch face in the app gallery, it will state if the app isn't free.

How did you do this? 
i  trying to get rid of the k-pay pin code which I do not want. 
I can not work out how to just get the Fitbit clockfaces in the app. 
please help.

Paying for your current clock face will remove the code or install a different clock face in your tracker Settings by going to the App and click on Account (upper right corner on computer, upper left on phone. Click Versa and then Clocks.
