I have had my versa lite for almost 13 months and the screen display start to jump to the calorie counter rather than the steps. I noticed it started do that often during the day. Then the screen went blank. I tried to restart it several times and nothing. So I charged it overnight and then started following all the procedures recommended, like load a new watch face. They would never load and sat for hours. I did notice the green light under the body of the watch would flash when I hit the button but then it also would stop working. So after hours on and off trying everything I attempted to reinstall the connection. Well in that it said type in the 4 numbers on the watch face. The watch buzzed but the face stayed black. And since I got the watch in June 2019 the warranty is out. This thing was worth 29.95 but I paid a lot more than that for it. Totally frustrated with it.
