I used the watch for over a year with no GPS tracking issues. Since September 2019, I have tried to manually adjust my stride length but the mileage is still not tracking correctly. Why isn't' Fitbit addressing this issue? If this watch was not a gift from my kids, I would have already given up and bought a different brand. Does signing up for Premium service improve GPS tracking?

Try this formula for setting stride.
TrueStride = (TrueDistance / Fitbit Distance) × FitbitStrideSetting

I tried the formula previously and it increased my stride lenght to much. Today it was close but still off slightly so I will make a 0.1" stride adjustment. This whole situation is frustrating and should be top priority for Fitbit to fix.
Fitbit: 6.83mi
Phone GPS: 7.01mi

I agree with you why hasn't this been corrected. It's really sad when the cheaper version works better than the one I spent good money on. It is a shame when people ask me should I but the versa I say hell no .. What is the sense of having a tracking device that doesn't track.
