Versa Lite No Longee Syncing!

Please help.  As of June 29th my Versa Lite is no longer syncing to the app.  Why is this happening?  I had the same issue with my Ionic and ended up getting a Versa a little over a month or so again.  I've tried the steps in the help article and still no luck.Screenshot_20190701-205410_Fitbit.jpg

Hi @Sarahann90 What phone are you using? Is it on the  Supported Devices List? Have you tried all the suggestions in THIS Help Article?
