Versa Lite - No heartrate data

I used my Versa Lite last Thursday, everything worked fine. Today, after the weekend and after charging, my device is not detecting my heartrate. It is not calculating on the device face or in the actual fitbit app. The strap is the same I always used, it fits snug. Im wearing it on the same arm in the same way. The back of the device is flickering green like its supposed to. How do i fix this??

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not tracking your heart rate. 

Please follow these steps to verify that your heart rate sensors are On: 

  1. On the screen of your watch go to "Settings"
  2. Swipe up and select "Heart Rate"
  3. If it's Off please turn On
  4. Synchronize

 

  1. If it's On Switch to Off
  2. Synchronize
  3. Switch from Off to On
  4. Synchronize 

After that, restart your Versa Lite by pressing the button until you see the Fitbit logo.
