It all started when I wasn't able to sync my Versa Lite. I read the forums on here and did EVERYTHING except a factory reset because I seen multiple answers that said not to do so. The first lady I spoke with told me not to do it and the call was lost...so I called back. Then the guy I spoke with was very rude, pushy and talked over me when I was explaining what was going on and he INSISTED I do a factory reset!! I honestly should've just hung up the phone because now here I am with no watch at all! Before this it would track and everything just fine, it just didn't sync so obviously the time was off and wasn't up to date on the app but I totally could've lived with that instead of having nothing at all! There should be absolutely no reason it won't set up beings I literally took care of it like gold. I didn't even wear it for almost the first year(2020) I bought it due to having to be a stay at home mom...so it sat in the box. Once I started my new job and was way more active I began wearing it and there was never an issue until a few months ago. I kept it clean and it still looks brand new, it was never dropped or hit against anything and never submerged in water. I've tried syncing it on everything and I get nothing:( Do you have any answers of what possibly could've happened or maybe tips? They gave me a discount since my warranty is up but to me it's not worth it...when in the end if the guy would've listened to me and been more thorough I would've NEVER factor reset my watch and I'd still be able to use it!!
Sorry for the long post but just trying to explain everything
