Yesterday my versa lite was perfectly fine, this morning it was dead. I charged it and it was fine. Then a few hours later, I tried to up date it and then the screen did not respond to touch. I tried resetting and repairing the watch and now it is stuck in a cycle of turning off and booting to the fitbit logo. After a few seconds it turns off and repeats. I'm currently trying to drain the battery.
Any tips or suggestions welcome.

I should also mention, I am unable to factory hard reset it currently either.
