This is my 2nd fitbit. The first was the versa and it ended up with condensation in it somehow and it was replaced, which I appreciated. Later the screen popped out and I have no idea how it happened. I thought I did something unknowingly and once I saw that the screen couldn't just be placed by in and there was no life in it, I threw it away. I purchased the versa lite because it was lower in cost. I have had it for a while... maybe 2 years. I was at the airport waiting and checking my steps and it was fine. I sat down and noticed the screen out! I did nothing as I have noticed other people have stated. The only thing I haven't read is how this happens! I never buying another watch from this company because I don't understand how this happened. I wasn't in a heated area, I didn't hit anything or anything else that would cause this to happen.
