Versa Lite Synching Issues

Has anyone else have problems with your Versa Lite not synching, causing it to lose time? I’ve resetted it, deleted the app and reinstalled, remove the watch from the app and reinstalled it. I have done everything and it still does not synch correctly. It is only 6 months old. I shouldn’t be having this issue. Please help.

Yes all of this! Noticed it a few days ago and it’s gotten progressively worse and now won’t sync at all as my phone just isn’t recognising it! So annoying!

Yes, I'm having this problem too.  My Versa Lite is 5 months old and it started two days ago.

I previously posted about this problem maybe a month ago. Have heard from at least 10 others having the same problem. Have continued to watch the board for an answer from Fitbit with none to be found.  I have a friend who switched to Apple and gave me her charge 2 and another kind a Fitbit. Only the charge 2 is syncing.

Both phone and computer bluetooth can't find device. It did sync this
morning for a short tinme as I show 6619 steps. Watch now shows 33055 but
steps don't show up anywhere else.

That is when mine started as well and like you said it’s progressively getting worse. My phone won’t even recognize the Fitbit.

I uninstalled Fitbit from my phone and downloaded it again. It worked
until 3:45 and then stopped
working.

This has plagued my phone for a month and now it doesn’t even seem to see it on Bluetooth. It’s exactly a year old. I guess I should have gone with the Apple phone. Very disappointed with this.

MY versa lite is not even showing as a bluetooth device on my phone. Seems to have gotten worse after the last firmware update. And since I can't synch I have no idea how this issue will be fixed even if Fitbit provides a pathc. I'm ready to toss my fitbit. No good to me if the watch does not show an accurate time or synch to the app.
