Versa Lite battery and screen issues

I have had my Versa Lite for almost 2 years, and I have never had an issue. The battery died last night, and I had it in charge until 100%. Today while wearing it, the battery depleted at an incredibly fast rate, and when I plugged it in to charge again, the screen started with vertical stripes, and now it is black. I have tried EVERY troubleshooting option that has been recommended by the Fitbit community forum, and nothing has worked.

 

Please advise
