Versa Lite battery draining within hours

I put my versa lite to charge yesterday in the morning when the battery level was 10%. After a couple of hours, the battery was 100% and I put the watch on my wrist. Around 5pm, the battery level was 5%. I put my versa lite to charge again. Around 8pm, I put the watch on my wrist with 100% battery. However, for my surprise, the battery was completely dead when I woke this morning. Before, the battery was lasting for 3 to 4 days.

Hi there, @Gui_Marra. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As you may know, your Versa Lite battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hope that helps.

Thank you very much, @MarreFitbit

I have been following the tips and recommendations to maximize the watch’s battery life since day one, and it’s been working so far. I changed the clock face as you suggested.

If this issue happens again, I’ll send you another message here.

Thanks once again.
