My Fitbit stopped doing my heart rate
now I charge it and it lasts no time at all
it’s not working properly now
I’ve done a factory reset
it’s not that old
help?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa Lite was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.

Hi I'm having the same issue with my Fitbit Verse Lite. My battery is dead by the end of the day after being charged first thing in the morning. I have no apps running thru it and I have only had it since Christmas 2019. I'm not very happy considering that I have always loved my Fitbit. I would like to get something done about it please.
