Hi! I purchased my fitbit versa lite in oct 2019. It was working great until about a week ago. The screen went gray, then black and now its not working at all. Tried following all of the troubleshooting suggestions BUT nothing is working. It seems to be completely dead. When I place it on the charger it doesn't vibrate at all, the screen is still black.
I have only had it for 6 months!
I have used fitbit for years and and was really excited about this versa lite. What else can I do?

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
