The screen on my versa Fitbit has stopped working, it turns blue when the side button is pressed but nothing comes up, it vibrates when button is pushed but again nothing happens just a blue screen, sometimes lines come across the screen too. Any ideas what this could be or how to fix it please?

Please restart your Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
