Screen is black and button won't work. Screen comes on when on charge. Called help desk and very unhelpful.

Hi @ChevyKlaus - as a first step try restarting the watch.
Also try changing clock face.
In the Fitbit App make sure Quick view is on and the watch is synced and when you raise your wrist the watch display should come on.

I have tried all of this and the screen is still black, but it vibrates when I hold the button doen? Still works through the app, and is tracking but I cant see the screen

I changed the screen and it didn't do anything. I have to have it on the charger to see the screen.
