Versa Lite can't receive notifications

Hi

I can't receive messages on my fitbit versa lite, I  tried to go to enable notification service, in the app, but it doesn't show messages etc, i have turned bluetooth off and on, I have made sure notifications are on  in my phone, always connected is on, messages in push notifications is on, messages in email notifications is on, don't know what else to do and I bet it is going to be something simple lol, can someone help please.

Hi @Robyn1928  What phone are you using? If it is iOS with the latest update it is a known issue at the moment (keep your eye on THIS thread).

Well the good news is it SHOULD work on that phone as itis supported. All I can think of (I also have a Samsung) is to check whether you have 'show' or 'hide' selected for notifications on the lock screen. (Go to Lock Screen in your Settings app). That was the thing that got mine working when I was struggling with it. If that doesnt do it I'd suggest you contact Support as they should be able to help. Fitbit Support  Good luck!
