Versa Lite doesn't show texts

Hope everyone is staying healthy. 

I cannot figure out why my fit-bit will not show texts now. It used to.

Anyone know? Android , Versa Lite.

Mine won't show notifications either. It never has since I got it a couple of months ago. Interested in resolution as well. Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note10+.

Could you please confirm that you have followed the steps of help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Do not disturb and Sleep icon , set to OFF or ON , Versa Lite, to get texts?

Do not disturb and Sleep icon should be set to OFF  to get texts on your Versa Lite.
