Welcome back to the Fitbit Community, @Ena1.

I am sorry to hear your Versa Lite freezes multiple times a day. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I'll be glad to investigate the issue and help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Thank you for your input. I had issue again this morning where I had to re-boot watch 5 times before I was able to swipe between screens.

I went online and chatted with a tech. They had me do a factory reset and my watch completely crashed. Huge red X in middle of screen and after numerous more re-boots and factory resets, I was never able to save it.

Shipping it in to factory in Indiana.

I was using the stock clock that came with the watch

Just wanted to update you
