Versa Lite has condensation

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my versa for about a year and a half, never gotten it wet. I forgot to take it off when showering once and a day or so later the battery died and I attempted to charge it and it will not charge. There is condensation on the sensors on the bottom of the watch and it looks swollen, like there is a bubble under it, if that makes sense. Is there anything I can do about getting it repaired?
