My versa Lite was not syncing with my iPhone SE. I turned off Bluetooth and removed any devices connected and turned back on. Nothing. I factory reset the watch, deleted and readded the app and tried to setup as new device. Nothing. I tried on an Android device and still the app can't find the watch.

@Suelil, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm also sorry to hear about the late response. However, regarding the syncing issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
