Versa Lite hourly move function not working

The hourly move function it supposes to countdown 250 steps. MY Versa Lite I just got last night says 0 out of 9 hours today. It doesn't seem to track anything. I had an Inspire HR and it worked great. Any ideas this seems to be the only issue I am having it is keeping track of my steps I have 3K+ today so far. It is just not doing the hourly 250.
