I have a versa lite, and the steps are totally wrong, with what I actually walk. Counting way too many.
Please help!

Hi @Bumblebee74. Welcome on board! I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for letting me know that your Versa Lite isn't counting your steps accurately. May I know if this happens when doing certain activity? Your watch has a finely-tuned algorithm that looks for intensity and motion patterns to track your steps. However, your watch may add some steps when performing other activities that involve arm movements, such as working or cooking, to give you credit for those steps.
That said and if your watch is updated to the latest version, I'd recommend to restart your Versa Lite to correct any misbehavior, wear it snug on your wrist and monitor its behavior..
By the way, I've moved your post to the Versa board so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.
I'll be around, keep me posted.
