Versa Lite is not registering exercises properly

My versa lite will not longer stay in the exercise setting I choose. It registers the activity for only a minute or so before switching off

Regarding the exercise recording issue that your Versa Lite experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they will be glad to follow up and assist you accordingly.
