One single solid red light on back of my Fitbit even when fully charged. Battery dies super quick.

Regarding the red light and the battery draining issues that your Versa Lite is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assist you via phone. Also, they sent you an email with some instructions.
In case the issue persists, reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
