Versa Lite music control issues

I recently bought a versa lite. I was on a live chat with 2 agents and got disconnected and now it says it is unavailable. Anyway...I pair my versa with my phone on bluetooth, i go to listen to music. It stays connected for a short time then says no phone connected. The first agents said to force stop the Fitbit app, turn off then on my bluetooth and that's as far as she got before I got disconnected. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've googled troubleshooting and tried different things but it keeps doing it. I even factor reset the fit and uninstalled the app, and nothing has helped

The reason why music control isn't working is because you can't store playlists on Fitbit Versa Lite Edition. The feature is only available for Fitbit Ionic and Versa.
