My Versa lite is not getting notifications from certain apps, specifically GroupMe.  This is the app my office uses to communicate.  I have tried all the trouble shooting recommendations I can find from both Fitbit and GroupMe.  I am getting trxts,calls, and email notifications.

@brandyvet03, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not getting notifications from some apps. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid any confusion on my and and avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

 

Also, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
