Versa Lite not turning on

My versa lite had 98% then nothing. It intermittently comes to life for seconds while on the charger, it even managed to sync with the app somehow but showing that I have done steps today when I haven't taken it off the charger! This is my 3rd fitbit this year (2 replacements)! I love my fitbit but very frustrated at the unreliability - especially as they are not cheap to buy!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi, I did try your suggestions but had to call support again where they came to the conclusion that I needed a new fitbit so I am waiting for a replacement.
