recently purchased a Versa Lite for my daughter. It's been updating for ages 😡 have tried restarting, turning off Bluetooth. Anyone have any solutions cos this is ridiculous. Was online to live chat but got kicked off and can't get back on.

Thanks. It updated on the pc but not its back to doing the same on the phone and won't download a watch face or anything because it says it has to update first.
