Versa Lite not vibrating when reaching goals

I just got a Versa lite less than a week ago and already it is not vibrating or showing the alert on screen when I reach my active hours goal or step goals. I restarted it at least five times today and it then vibrated once and showed I reached my hourly step goal, but I’ve apparently had five active hours and I only got alerted to one. I don’t want to do a factory reset on it but I don’t know what else to do. I’ve checked all my settings and it’s set up right. I’m so disappointed I’ve only had it under a week and it’s already not working.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ajac815. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your new Versa Lite is not vibrating or showing the alert on screen when you reach your active hours goal or step goal. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts and for letting me know that the watch vibrated once after you restarted it. I understand how frustrating this is for you as you've only had the watch under a week. I recommend following the steps from this help article in order to test your device’s vibration motor: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around.
