My Versa lite went to a blank screen with no clock and is spontaneously restarting every minute. I did a reset and checked for update, cleaned the sensors on the back and no improvement. Called support and they said I need a replacement. Unfortunately this is my 2nd replacement in less than 8 months of owning it. Are there other models that don't have so many glitches?
