Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lesmeg. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Versa Lite. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. If your watch is resetting itself, I recommend performing a restart by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the issue persists, try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I am seeing the same issue.  Multiple times a day at seemingly random times, the Versa Lite reboots itself.  I have tried multiple clock faces and it happens with all of them.  I have gone through a factory reset and the problem is still there.  Are there some logs I can look at that might give clues?  Is this a hardware failure?

Hi @rlhilton59, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your watch.

I appreciate your efforts to resolve this and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if you've tried to do a restart by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I understand your concern and before considering other options, I recommend changing the Screen Wake setting to manual as some users reported that it helped them resolve the issue. You can find the steps to change the Screen Wake setting in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I actually did more than a reset.  I did a factory reset.  From the watch, settings->help->about->factory reset.

I set the screen wake to manual as suggested and have not had the problem for several days.  But it is annoying to have to use both hands to see the watchface.  So it has something to do with detecting when to turn on the screen.  Is this likely a hardware problem?  Or is there a chance for a firmware fix?
