Hi, 

 

So I bought my fitbit versa the day after Christmas and it worked fine until April 4th. Since then it has restarted itself multiple times a day and sometimes doesn't respond to touches. Fitbit is sending me a replacement that doesn't come in for another whole week. I have done every troubleshooting idea I have found with no luck. Does anyone know what would be going on here??? I am just ready to trash this device and forget it. If I hadn't paid over $150 for it then I definitely would. .
