My clock face disappeared. I can still get text messages and other notifications. I tried to load a new face but it won’t let me. Help! Please I need this working. Thanks.

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, try another clock face that is developed by Fitbit. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
