Versa Lite screen is black

My versa lite is charged and synced to the app on my phone, but the screen is black.  I will see a grey screen every now and then with vibration, but it shows nothing more.  Please help!

Hi @Hollyj304 - if you double click the screen and swipe left and don't see your app launch icons, try restarting your watch.

If you do see them try changing your clock face either through the watch clocks app or in the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.

If neither work you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
