I got my Fitbit versa lite for Christmas but just started using it in February. I wore it pretty much everyday and loved it but for some reason a couple days ago I woke up with the screen issues. The screen looks just fine after turning on with motion then a few seconds after it becomes pixelated. Then lines show up all through the screen till you can’t see anything anymore till the screen turns off. But when it turns back on again with motion it’s totally fine for a few seconds and repeats the process of being pixelated again. It seems like all the functions still work like steps, heart rate etc and I still get my notifications on it but the screen is totally messed up. I have a screen protector on it and don’t remember banging or dropping it so don’t know what’s going on. I’ve also did the reset twice.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
