Versa Lite screen issues

My Fitbit is not turning on and when it does, the clock doesn't work, it glitches and I have tried everything to turn it on without it glitches it has been like this for 3 days.

Hello I was able to get my fitbit sent so I can get a replacement because I
have tried everything and still doesn't turn on.

I've had my screen go blank a few times. My workaround is to go into the app and change the clock face. Once it syncs, it comes back on and I can change it back to my preferred clock face. Works every time.
