Versa Lite screen not working

Hello. I have had a Versa Lite for about10 months. It was working fine yesterday morning then started acting weird. Weird as in, it was fully charged but battery drained in less than 3 hours, screen not going to sleep, random lines across screen. I put it on the charger thinking that would help it reset, but now it is not working at all. At one point, I did a factory reset thinking that would help but I still have a blank screen. Help!

I’m having the same problem with mine. It was flashing lines on the screen then it showed the battery was dead. I charged it and now it’s back to flashing.

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, as it was working before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
