Versa Lite screen won't respond

About 5 days ago I woke up and my Fitbit screen was black. This has happened a few times so I held the back button to reset it and that worked but then I started losing time on my watch. By the time I got home from work I had lost almost 15 minutes of time on the watch. I googled a solution how to fix it but that didn’t work. I then realized I needed to update my tracker, so I plugged in my Fitbit to charge a bit and then after proceeded to update my tracker. After the update the screen never came back on. I still receive my notifications on it and I can swipe through the other pages, change my music and such but I have no clock, no step count, heart beat monitor, etc. Unless I open my app then my steps and everything else update. When I receive a text on my watch it stays there until I receive another. I’m very frustrated as I didn’t realize how much I checked the time for documents at work, and actually checked to see how many steps I had done, etc. Please help!!
