Versa Lite screen won't swipe

Only got my Versa lite today and now I can’t swipe?

@Carolann58 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa can't be swiped.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your tracker as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, please try swiping your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.

Versa light still won't swipe and I've restarted it multiple times and applied an update. What next?

Same issues here I have even tried to restart like new and it does not unpair

I have tried restarting, upgrading the firmware and everything I can think of and still cannot swipe.
