Versa Lite setup issues

Have tried to set up Fitbit Versa Lite however it is not changing from a screen with the Fitbit logo.. my phone wont recognize it through Bluetooth and the screen on Fitbit wont change or turn off, have tried resetting it but still the same thing on screen.

Thanks for troubleshooting this setup issue. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Other Versa Smartwatches board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this watch.

 

Now about the setup issue you are experiencing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

I'm having the same issues. Just received a replacement versa lite watch and it will not change from the logo screen after set up and updating.
