Hi all, ive today got a Fitbit Versa Lite and downloaded app etc followed instructions and for the last 3 hrs its been 'updating' but is still only at 25%! is this normal?

@AT_1973, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it's taking a long time to update the firmware.

 

The update may take up to an hour or more to complete. However, if the issue persists, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if the issue gets fixed.
