This was working yesterday but hasn't worked at all.today. it shows I'm paired etc. And I've shut down Note 8 and Versa Lite..any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community Forums @sdiffey73. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for trying to solve the syncing difficulties between your Versa and the Note 8 prior to contacting us.
I'm afraid to mention that the reason why your Versa may be not syncing to your Note 8 is because this phone model is not yet included in our list of supported devices. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
However, I'd recommend trying the following steps provided in the help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
