Versa Lite stopped working after update

I did an update last night and now my Versa lite is not working. I disconnected it and than connected again but still not working. Battery is fully charged.

Hi @Lormike  Try restarting it several times. Also try a Factory Reset. If they don't  help then you will need to contact Customer Support.

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Sounds like it is a common problem. I just got off of chat support and they want me to send it in to be investigated. There are a few people posting about this issue on here. Who knows how many people are not reporting the issue in the community.

It’s only since I did the update. Before that it was fine.

I put mine in rice over night and it is working again. Not sure if that will help yours, but might be worth trying.

It didn’t get wet. It just stopped working after I did update
