Versa Lite syncing and steps issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’m having issues with my Versa Lite syncing to the app and also my app is constantly glitching. I’m wearing my Versa Lite to bed, but it hasn’t tracked my sleep the past few days and it has in the past.

With the app, I took over 15,000 steps yesterday and it showed in the app. However, this morning it shows that I only took 2,000. Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve restarted my Fitbit and my phone and even deleted and re downloaded the app.

A warm welcome to the Community @AbigailL.

Thanks for the troubleshooting these issues before contacting us. I will be glad to help you out with the problems you are experiencing:

- Syncing: If your Versa Lite isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

- Sleep: if it isn't tracking your sleep, try the following:

  1. Manually sync the watch. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the watch. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I change my sleep history?

- Steps: Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away your steps? If so, I suggest deleting those activities by following the steps in the article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?. Also, keep in mind that since the watch isn't syncing, you won't be able to see your complete information until it syncs.

- Fitbit app: Can you please be more specific about it? What section of the Fitbit app isn't working? Are you receiving an error? Please make sure to have the app by following the instructions in the article: How do I update the app to the latest version?.

I hope to hear from you soon. Man Wink
