Versa Lite time is wrong

Roughly every other month my time is wrong. The only solution is uninstalling and setting back to factory! It’s driving me crazy, any suggestions?

Have you tried  the steps described here? How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Also it's recommendable to sync the Versa Lite at least 1- 2 x a day.
