Hello.I have a Fitbit Versa Lite purchased in the summer.2 weeks ago I encountered the problem of software update. The wach was connected to WI-FI, synchronized in the application, the update went to a certain point, this update stopped at half and no longer loaded. The update was left within 48 hours, being on the phone and not working. I need help.I don't know what to do with it anymore. I'm waiting for the answers. Thank you!!

Best AnswerI’ve been there over last week and after trying everything and then speaking to Fitbit techs and doing everything again with them, they sent me out a replacement but it is a refurbished unit which I found shocking as my Fitbit was only 6 months old. After I contacted them again and they reassured me it was new, even though it was written on the replacement “Refurb”. They told me they always do it this way, which I find absurd. So waiting on the new replacement again and if it turns out it’s a refurb I won’t be buying Fitbit again. So if you are to get a replacement remember this.
