I recently restarted my Versa Lite from scratch after it had stopped syncing. I was able to sync it with a smart phone through a friend, but I do not have a smart phone. I had purchased one of the Bluetooth USB's for my Versa Lite. Since I have restarted my Versa Lite, I have still been unable to sync, with the bluetooth on the computer. Please help.

Hi @Jewelene the dongle uses Fitbit Connect to act as a bridge between your device and the Fitbit servers, but that will be discontinued later this year. You're going to need to have access to a smartphone to sync your data. You can go to your dashboard on the website, but you won't be able to sync to it.
