When I sync my watch it tells me that notifications aren't allowed and that I have to restart my mobile phone which I have but it still has the error message and won't allow notifications. I've tried to delete the watch and add it again but its got the same error message HELP!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with notification. Please check to make sure you have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile device. You can find more troubleshooting information in the Versa Lite manual HERE.
